Testimony was presented on behalf of the Mississippi Valley Freight Coalition, or MVFC, to the National Surface Transportation Policy and Revenue Study Commission in April 2007. Testimony was presented by Teresa Adams (Director of CFIRE), Kirk Steudle (Director of Michigan DOT), and Jon Schwartz (Transportation Manager for Daimler Chrysler).
